Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We offer standard and express shipping across Australia. Delivery times are typically 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sam22@live.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
